I was starving for something before dinner the other night. I needed a little snack to hold me over before my meal was through cooking. I grabbed a fresh garden tomato (mmmm) and added a half cup of Cottage Cheese along with a little salt and Balsamic dressing. It was the perfect/healthy fix that fed my hunger. Give it a whirl while tomatoes are still in season. We all know that store bought ones will never satisfy!!
