I LOVE veggies and I like to get creative with how I prepare them. This has been a favorite in my kitchen for quite some time. You’d think that the dill might scare the kiddos, but it doesn’t. They gobble them right up and sometimes I have to hide some for myself.
One package carrots
Dill (seasoning) to taste
1 Tablespoon Brown sugar (or less if you’d like)
1 Tablespoon Butter/or Butter spray 🙂
salt to taste
1-Boil Carrots until tender
2-drain and while still hot add 1 tablespoon butter or butter spray,brown sugar,dill and salt.
I love how fast this is besides the boiling time.
