These are the bomb!.. Yep. I kind of feel like I know what I”m doing when I serve these rolls for a meal. My sis in law Ann gave me this tip. There are so many switch ups to bread baking. To be honest, homemade rolls are something I have not conquered. Even spending an entire afternoon with my mom, learning how and I still fall short in the bread world. Maybe it’s meant to be because I rarely have bread.. Anywho, Try these… love them!
- frozen cracked wheat Rhodes rolls (or whatever frozen kind you prefer)
- Parmesan cheese (I used the canned kind)
1- roll frozen bread rolls into melted butter and then coat with Parmesan cheese
2- place in a greased pyrex and let rise6-8 hours
3- bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes
