Dessert is one of my specialties. I love to make and take treats everywhere. This Chocolate concoction of a brownie topped off with a cookie and then melted chocolate on top is something worth splurging on!
I usually have to brace myself when it comes out of the oven and not eat the whole pan before it is cooled and cut. It is so incredibly simple and you could fool anyone that you spent a while in the kitchen preparing it. It also looks quite fancy. I love it served with vanilla ice cream on the side!
1 Betty Crocker box of Brownie mix (any kind works great/I like Chocolate chunk)
1 Package Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie mix
1 1/3 Cup Melted milk chocolate chips (I prefer Guittard)
1- Combine Brownie mix according to package directions
2- In a separate bowl combine chocolate chip cookie mix according according to package directions
3- Place brownie mix into a sprayed (non stick) 9×13 Pyrex dish
4- Put spoon fulls of brownie mix on top of the brownie mix all over
5- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
6- Melt chocolate chips (Melt in microwave for 45 seconds, stir and repeat until melted)
7- Pour over brownie/cookies while still hot. I like to drizzle the chocolate from corner to corner to look a little bit more fancy 🙂
-Serve with ice cream if desired
