Bubble Up Pizza

Are you ready for your family’s next favorite (kid friendly) meal! It has arrived… Bubble Up Pizza BABY.
The most talented and wise Emily Thompson taught me how to make this.  She is seriously the greatest cook I know.  This is your 10 minute prep and 35 minute cook meal and WAM you are done!

Now I know this may not be the healthiest of healthy but make sure the next nights dinner, is less carbs along with healthy fruits and veggies.  You win some/you lose some right…  🙂

The flavor is delicious and satisfies all those hungry kiddies/hubby at dinner time.  Serve it with a side of fruit or salad and you are set.

INGREDIENTS:

  •  two cans of biscuits (the refrigerated ones)
  • 1 package shredded cheese (I like Swiss and Parmesan)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 package Bearnaise sauce (it’s by the gravy,sauce packets. It’s a dry mix)
  • zucchini
  • turkey slices

DIRECTIONS:
1- make Bearnaise sauce according to package on stove top
2- cut biscuits into halves
3- toss halved biscuits with Bearnaise sauce,Alfredo sauce and cheese
4- pour into a 9×13 greased dish
5- Sprinkle with whatever veggies you’d like (I used zucchini sliced very thinly and some turkey pieces that I cut.  I found them in the refrigerated section where you buy pizza toppings )
6- top with Parmesan cheese if desired
7-  Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes or until dough is cooked

*Really, anything goes with this.  You can also do a red spaghetti sauce instead of a white sauce.  You can add any kind of protein (chicken,pepperoni,turkey,ham) and any veggie.  Just like the pizza dudes.

Super duper easy and satisfying 🙂
