The Power Of Protein

Ladies and Gents!  How often do you boil eggs and leave them ready to eat in the fridge?  Protein is the name of the game.  Every 2-3 hours is when you should be having it.   My kids love them as well.  It’s hard to boil 12 eggs and put them into the fridge without being cracked and eaten immediately.  So good heavens, boil 24 while you’re at it.
Also, I love to put them into salad.  Either with lettuce and veggies or add salt pepper,mustard a dash of mayo (light) and whatever else you’d like.  It is superb on a piece of bread toasted with butter spray too 🙂
