Pumpkin Cake Bars

This dessert is a must at your next party.  It is so moist and delicious.  The frosting is to die for too.  I love that it makes a lot so that everyone can enjoy.
I first had this at my friend Shannon Croxfords home.  This dessert was served and I had to have the recipe.  Immediately, I went home and made it for my family.  It is comparable to carrot cake… and oh so mouth watering.  Give it a try.  It is the perfect fall/halloween,thanksgiving dessert.
I know that the frosting is crazy fattening, but who cares?!.  Some desserts are just like that.  do 100 extra sit ups or something.  My motto is to “earn your treats. ” That is why I wake up at the crack of dawn to workout 🙂
Serve it with ice cream and you will be set.  I’ll just apologize before hand because it is one of those “you can’t just eat one” desserts… sorry and you’re welcome 🙂
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1- beat eggs
2- add sugar,oil,canned pumpkin and mix well
3- add remaining ingredients
4- pour into a greased jelly roll pan (I used my cookie sheet)
Bake at 350 for 20-25 min
1 8oz pkg cream cheese (softened)
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tsp vanilola
1 cup butter
