Healthy Tilapia Veggie Dish


Her is another quick, healthy and satisfying dinner or lunch.  Everything you see except for the hummus is from Costco.  The Tilapia is sold in the freezer section.  I just keep a few in the fridge to un-thaw and then cook up when needed.  I baked them in the oven with Garlic salt and Lawry’s seasoning. ( Just read the back for how to bake them in the oven)  The balsamic glaze is my favorite topping on just about everything that I eat.. I also sprayed some butter spray after I took it out of the oven.   Clean Eating is the goal here 🙂

The great thing about meals like this is that you can eat as much as you’d like.  All of these ingredients are healthy and will not make you feel overly full, but 100% satisfied instead! I do better when I keep things like this ready to make in the fridge. You can also bake a few at a time and save for reheating later.
