Fancy Reds

I do love me some whipped up red potatoes.  After all, they are better for you.  This recipe is quick and easy.  The taste is fabulous of course.  I always “wing” it when I make them so try it before you serve 🙂
6-8 red potatoes
1/2 cube butter ( I know… )
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp Lawry’s seasoning
1 chicken bullion smashed, or use 1 tsp granules
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (just see as you go.  You don’t want them too dry)
salt/pepper to taste
1- chop potatoes into chunky pieces
2- boil until tender (generally about 20 min or so)
3- drain and throw into a bowl while adding your butter, along with seasonings on top
4- stir vigorously for about 30 seconds
 Boom- There you have it 🙂
