Apple Crisp

Are we loving the bubbling whip on the top of this.  I think so!  Hello fall… loving the smell of cinnamon plug-ins, foamy apple soap, brown sugar candles, breads, soups and desserts such as this!

Apple Crisp!  Yummy is all I can say. I got this recipe from my most adorable sister Ashley.  I made it last weekend and it hit the spot for sure.  It isn’t very time consuming (minus peeling, chopping up the apples).  My favorite part of this taste is the brown sugar, butterscotch pudding mix, and oats on top.  Throw on some whip cream, cool whip or ice cream and you are loving the perfect taste of fall!

  •  8 cups peeled and sliced apples (I bought granny smith and bought 9 apples)
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup water
*Mix above ingredients and pour into greased 9×13 Pyrex
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 2 packs of butterscotch pudding (not instant)
*Pour on top of apple mixture
-Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
